- Co-produced “Thanks to 12th Man”; the official Washington Redskins music video, which featured people with disabilities for the first time
- Initiator of more than 100,000 hours of volunteerism by individuals and organizations
- Created “Run For The Children” in partnership with the government of the District of Columbia and Washington Redskins. The run was Washington’s first 5K benefiting children and youth with disabilities
- Supply Christmas gifts to over 400 at risk and disabled children and single parent mothers
- Co-sponsored “Challenge Georgetown” with Georgetown University to promote disability awareness
